Description
The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for creating ongoing relationships with clients by providing valuable knowledge and understanding on how to best use CivicPlus products. This role is also responsible for educating clients on usability of current functionality, possibilities for engaging citizens, new module availability, opportunity generation, and completing account reviews.
We’re excited to hire a new Customer Success Specialist who can:
Clearly and succinctly communicate the company's value proposition over the phone and through email
Perform high-level demonstrations of modules or new functionality
Provide client resources to promote best practices for product use
Generate new opportunities through a variety of activities
Complete Applications with assigned clients in required timeframe
Respond to correspondence from clients in a timely manner
Analyze and compile accurate responses for client requests
Act as an escalation point for client feedback or concerns
Perform other duties as assigned

Customer-focused mentality and ability to anticipate client needs and concerns
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks/deadlines
Must have professional-level written and oral communication skills
Ability to have tough conversations that balance the needs of our clients and company

Compensation and Benefits:
Estimated Salary Range: $47,400 - $65,400 annually, The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
Potential Variable Pay- $11,500 Based on set goals
